What type of media institution might distribute your product and why?

To produce my magazine, i would need a wide variety of people such as photographers, journalists, editors, sub-editors, a distributor, a publisher, advertisers and a company(mogul.)

The photographer would choose the style of photograph and they would decide how the picture would be taken, eg. camera angling, lighting etc. They would do this in relevance to the magazine. I would need a journalist to write the articles, do the reviews and the interviews. The editors arrange the layout for the magazine, they decide what goes where and they design and take care of the graphics for the magazine. The sub editors design the layout for specific articles, usually the main articles. The publisher prints the magazine and the distributer it copys it and sells it to shops , supermarkets etc. The advertisers are used inside the magazine, they pay the magazine money to help fund it, without them the magazine would be almost impossible to produce. I would then use the company to help sell my magazine to a wider audience.

If my magazine was to be distributed by a company, I think Bauer Media would take it. Bauer Media own over 230 magazines in different companys as well as online, tv, and radio stations.
Bauer distributes Music magazines such as kerrang, Q and Mojo, which is why i think they would take my magazine as it will be aimed at simelar audiences and the genre of the magazine is simelar.
